From Chapter Champion to Digital Trailblazer:

I wasn't just a marketer for the Houston Chapter of the Women's Energy Network; I was a passionate advocate, igniting its digital presence and propelling its growth. Stepping into the Director of Marketing role in 2015, I faced a thrilling challenge: expand WEN Houston's reach and empower its extraordinary members.

Building a Strategic Spark:

I didn't dive in blindly. I meticulously evaluated current marketing strategies, crafting data-driven plans that resonated with our target audience. From crafting compelling messaging to planning strategic campaigns, I ensured every action had a purpose.

Collaboration Conquers:

I understood the power of synergy. I kept the board informed, collaborating closely to ensure transparency and alignment. We were a united front, fueling WEN Houston's engine of ambition.

Digital Dawn:

Building awareness wasn't just a slogan; it was a mission. I harnessed the power of digital tools, breathing life into WEN Houston's online presence. From social media mastery to captivating campaigns, I built a vibrant digital community that attracted new members and engaged existing ones.

Leading the Charge:

My passion didn't stop at planning. I spearheaded the creation of all marketing materials, ensuring a consistent and powerful brand voice. And, most importantly, I oversaw the production of the chapter's first-ever commercial – a monumental milestone that amplified WEN Houston's message and impact.

My time at WEN Houston wasn't just about marketing; it was about making a difference. By igniting its digital flame, I helped pave the way for a brighter future for women in energy.
